Since 2008 we have been advising and supporting you through Freelance Advisor and Crunch. As Crunch Chorus, we are working together to help decision-makers understand and support your businesses. Together we are stronger. Join in.

Who pays for this?

Crunch Chorus is a project of Crunch, who have provided the initial funding. The products and services we recommend in the marketplace deliver a commission to Crunch which will pay for the cost of running Crunch Chorus. We will never recommend a product or service that we don’t believe in and haven’t tried ourselves.

With Crunch’s over 8,000 micro-business customers we have an unrivalled understanding and passion for the sector. We want what is best for our clients and the sector we have been championing since 2007.

Crunch has twice been named the UK’s fastest growing accountancy firm and is in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 for fast growing businesses. We employ 170 people in Hove to serve our 9,000 customers, who bill their clients over £2 million a day and £2.2 billion since we launched in 2009. Our turnover is over £5 million a year and growing.

How it started

Crunch Chorus is the natural evolution of the passion for micro-businesses that underpins the Crunch service. Darren Fell, Crunch CEO, believes the world of business is for anyone that is motivated to join it. Darren is passionate about helping people create the lifestyle they want by building businesses that enhance, not intrude upon, their personal lives.

Alongside Crunch, in 2007 Darren launched FreelanceAdvisor.co.uk, a community-driven effort to help more people make the leap into a freelance lifestyle. Now, with the help of Jason Kitcat, former leader of Brighton & Hove City Council, this community has grown into a national force and is helping shape debate in the halls of power.
